Our Shipping Policy
When your order is placed, there will be a 24-hour payment processing period. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number sent to the email address you provided us.

Our Return Policy
Because of hygiene issues, we can only accept returns on merchandise with manufacturing defects. Because of this policy, you can be assured you will only receive new pieces.
Prior to returning a product, please send us a photo of the defect. Once we have confirmed the defect, we will send you a return shipping label. Please include the original packaging with the return. Upon receiving your original product, we will be happy to replace your original order with a new product of the same size and color.
